EKO’s digital hot stamping foil is a kind of hot press transfer foil that is easy to operate and no mould required. We can achieve unique design in small batch with the foil easily.
Now digital hot stamping foil 2.0 upgrade version has been launched. You may ask, what’s the difference between the 1.0 and 2.0 foil?
•Usage
The upgrade version can be used for both paper and leather while the old one just can be used for paper.
• Pattern
The digital hot sleeking foil 2.0 has much more colors and patterns than the previous one, we add rose gold, matt gold, matt silver, laser gold, light gold and other pretty patterns for the upgrade version.
• Usage temp.
The temp. of the upgrade one is 85℃~90℃(toner printing) and 70℃~75℃(UV printing), but the old one needs 105℃~115℃.
How to use digital hot stamping foil?
1. Design the patterns you want by Photoshop or other designing software;
2. Print the design by digital toner printer or UV printing;
3. Laminating the printing with digital hot stamping foil by thermal laminating machine like EKO-360 and EKO-350;
4. Finish laminating, you will get a perfect effect.
